Leif Serabia: take your time when drinking. just cause your a big guy doesnt mean you have a higher alcohol tolerance. I would recommend eating a good meal first and drink a couple of glasses of water while your drinking alcohol. will help dilute the alcohol. also if you start to feel buzzed, slow down your drinking
Joie Libutti: If you drink liquor and beer, drink the liquor first, once you've had one beer, no more liquor drinks. Also, some people chain smoke when they drink, all the extra nicotine can make you sick,....don't smoke any more than normal.

Rubi Romo: well im a smalll guy, and i always eat food before i drink alot. of food, and i drink beer and after about 7 or 8 i start taking shots, and i get really messed up. and by the end of the night im always wasted because i keep drinking and throw up. but i dont get hang overs anymore because i do it so often. but just eat before you drink it should help it a little, but! depending on how often you drink has alot todo with it too.
Lynn Melbourne: Drink SLOW.. drink during or after a meal. Stay consistent with your drinks. If you start drinking beer, drink beer all night. If you drink alcohol, drink that all night. DONT MIX. If you start to feel dizzy, drink some water. Remember that if you have any allergies this could be a problem. Many people forget that things like Malted drinks and beers can have wheat and irritate your stomach.
Neville Dautremont: Drink more often, increase slowly with time to build your tolerance up. Drink till you start to feel dizzy, stop enjoy the party. You do that enough you'll be pounding beers in no time.
