Any good diets or dieting tips?

Antone Bual: Eat lots of whole grains such as whole wheat, bran, oats and brown rice and pasta. They're all high in fiber and help make you feel full faster and longer. Of course eat your fruits and veggies, but if you only like a particular few like apples and banana's then eat plenty of just that fruit. There are many health benefits from other fruit but at least stick with what you like and what you will eat. Same with veggies. Here is a great diet tracker that I'm currently using and its helped me lose 5lbs in a week thus far. Fitday.com You can keep track of everything you eat and drink. It totals your daily consumption of fats, carbs and proteins. There are so many features you'll have to check it out. But if you can't stand water, then use Crystal Light Water packs that come in various flavors. Mix then in a water bottle and enjoy!Exercise! Cardio is an instant fat burner, but doing weight lifting can burn more calories in the long run. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body needs to sustain them, so you burn more calories while at rest. 3-5 days a week of cardio and 2-3 days a week of strength training all non-consecutive days is a good starter. Don't forget to stretch! Stretching burns calories too!You can also subscribe to fitness.com and recieve emails everyday with diet tips. I could go on forever, so there's the few that I give to you =P...Show more
