Oscar Waddups: Everyone I have known who has had a colonoscopy says that the prep is the worst part. The actual test is nothing so don't worry about it. I think I'd rather be totally out if someone was messing around up there.
Cecil Derenzi: take short power naps, works like a charm

Esmeralda Pigram: About 500 people at my school have this, including me. (Ah it's the start of the zombie apocalypse!) It's just that time of the year. Where eve! ryone gets sick or at lease gets blasted by allergies. You just have allergies. What really helps speed that annoying process is to rest in bed. Take a day off school. You need to recharge.
Jonelle Eligio: Now if you have ever had one, did you get sedatives or were you put under anesthesia? I am hesitant to go under anesthesia, and im thinking about just getting sedated. Which do you think is better, and tell me why. Thank you!!
Tijuana Tatsak: There's a company out there that helps people who do not have and need affordable health benefits. It includes regular office visits, any specialists and even pre-existing conditions including pregnancy. It basically includes anything and everything you need help paying for. Their medical plan includes dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic benefits as well. There's no high premiums, deductibles, co-pays, waiting periods, claims forms or anything like that at all. They can save you up to 80% on your out of pock! et expenses for a very small fee every month. It could end up ! saving you a lot of $$ over traditional insurance. Try this website and you can check out the specifics and providers in your area. http://www.everyonebenefits.com/40424269... If your provider isn't on there, he can be added. They are a wonderful company and are members of the BBB. I have benefits through them as well. Hope you find what you need. Please email me if you have any questions, and I'd be happy to help you if I can. Best of luck....Show more
Shaun Rapkowicz: Get insurance quotes
Miguel Densley: You cant buy insurance while being pregnant.
Simona Bulwinkle: Catnaps definitely help, as long as they are at least 30 minutes. Also, what really works for me is gingseng. Its natural and doesnt just give you a buzzz. It keeps you alert all day. I do it on test days =) Meditation might help. And just try to clear your mind of all other problems. Focus on one thing at a time. I hope that helps!
Patricia Bolduc: A little info I think should! be considered about this drug Versed ( Midazolam ) that is used for Sedation for many medical procedures..Sedation and General Anesthesia are not the same and quite a few people being given Sedationthink they are being given General Anesthesia! There is simply no good or valid reason to ever purposely induce amnesia during a medical procedure. It is only a recent development in medical thinking that amnesia is somehow a "benefit" to the patient. On occasion somesome patients will remember a bad experience. Forgetting does not mean it did not happen!!I feel that if people were aware of the effects of this drug they would Opt For Another Drug!Erasing someones memory of what was done to them is wrong!!In fact, many people who use Versed for " IV Sedation,Conscious Sedation" Twilight Sedation, during a procedure are Awake For The Entire Procedure but remember nothing, often Believing They Were "Out" the whole time.Versed (Midazolam) is an amnestic. It is also commonly used fo! r minor procedures like setting broken bones, colonoscopies, endoscopies,! dental procedures like extractions, conscious sedation, twilight sleep, so that patients won't remember pain and discomfort.HOWEVER THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THOSE SENSATIONS WILL NOT BE EXPERIENCED!!!!A note from an anesthesiologistI agree that using midazolam alone in painful situations is wrong. I've heard people getting colonoscopies and screaming, and maybe they remember, maybe they don't.A note I got from someone on Yahoo Answers who did have a bad experience..This is very disconcerting... My sister said she heard me screaming from the waiting room but assumed it wasn't me. When we left we heard another female patient screaming. I did a lot of research since your post, thanks so much for the info. Here is a note from a Dentist Who uses VersedI've used Versed 1000+ times during oral surgery procedures and I've never had a complaint. It's a miracle drug because it is safe and it causes you to not remember an unpleasant experience. My answer to him is isn't it better to have! not experienced the pain than to have forgot it. No wonder you have had no complaints they have no memory of the procedure.....I feel that giving a drug for amnesia is cruel I would not want it done to me!A strange development in medical thinking that it's okay for a patient to havepain as long as they don't remember it and think they slept thru the procedure..Here is a link for some infohttp://www.freehelpforcancer.com/manages-meds/seda......Show more
Clifford Riggleman: some of you might know it, there are some hours through the day in which i cant think straight or cant focus and advance in things that require thinkingprobably the mind needs its rest, i am aware for example that eating big meals will make you really tired, but what more can i do in order to increase more my productivity and cut short the number of hours i am in a mind block?thanks in advance!...Show more

Elsie Resner: Exercise, proper diet and sufficient sleep
Olin Hallin: I find if you have more protein, and less carbs (say at lunchtime)... then you'll be less sleepy.
Faustino Mellerson: remove sugar from your diet
Dana Russian: Look into Blue Cross. They have some REALLY good plans out there for people in your situation, but be ca! reful, pregnancy can be seen as a pre-existing condition.
Antonia Mogg: Try https://tr.im/NajSu
Fannie Collingwood: nothing to it don't worry
Weldon Totaro: I would stick with what you have because a pregnancy may be viewed as a pre-existing condition. Before you choose, be sure to list what you want out of an insurance and then list your top 5 things. The reason I say this is because every insurance is different and what is important to you may not be as i,portant to someone else who recommends a certain insurance. Get the book "Healthcare for Less" by Michelle Katz at www.amazon.com, it will help you get through this process and save you a lot of time and money by giving you focused thins to look at as well as some great tips.....good luck....Show more

Marcellus Yoshimori: Usually for this procedure you are under "conscious sedation". Meanin! g via an I.V. they will sedate you where you will be awake but won't re! member being awake. You most likely won't even remember the procedure. The preparation the day before is actually worse than the procedure. Good luck.
Chanda Wittwer: keep the one with your employer until you have the baby 'cause i think it'll be too hard to find inexpensive insurance now that you're pregnant...maybe I'm wrong
Pam Rampadarat: You may have to stick with your employer until at least after the baby is born and maybe a few months after that in case of any emergencies. I am not sure how much it is costign you through your employer but generally it is cheaper doing it that way than to buy it on your own.
Brian Freedland: Life and General Insurance is one of a kind. GI firms present Health Insurance whic is customarily is aware of as mediclaim coverage. Apollo Munich presents HI that's useful to have an understanding of and one with none sublimits. Have a great day!
Scot Sepulbeda: Come to Canada....We got free health care and it is nice...! .
Coleman Petropoulos: For the past 2 days I have had a very stuffy nose, and my voice is (I don't know if I could say I am "losing" my voice" hoarse and crackly--I have to clear my throat before I speak. Also, my eyelids feel heavy and I'm very tired, and I'm freezing. My family says it's a normal temp, but I'm sitting here in sweats and a fleece blanket shivering, and I have goosebumps and its 75 degrees (Fahrenheit). My grandmom said however (she's a nurse) that it's probably allergies because the news said this is the worst year so far, but I've never really had problems with allergies before. Every night I take Zyrtec (allergy med) before I sleep. Also today I took a Benadryl and one Ibuprofen but it didnt really make me feel better, only cleared up my congestion a little bit. I'm 14, if that changes anything. Help?...Show more
