Lauri Ohl: I'm body type B and it worked for me...very well.
Stanton Degregorio: It's simple really, you need to consume more calories than you burn. The tricky part is figuring out how many you are burning daily. You need to consume 3500 calories more than you burn to gain 1 pound. Adding more protein to your diet may not be the answer, protein actually speeds up to body's metabolism, whereas carbohydrates do not speed up the metabolism as much. So in order to add 15 pounds you will need to consume 52,500 calories more than you burn in the period of time you are looking for. Also you have to make sure that you do not increase you exercise you do while you eat all that food....Show more
Son Ahlers: You really should see your doctor before you try and gain weight, as long as you're not anorexic or anything, you should be perfectly fine! Your body is made the way it is suposed to be. But if you really want to gain weight, you should eat a lot more fattening! foods.. and don't exersize as much..
Oswaldo Rayburn: You can Simply jog 5 mile's a week that's 1 mile every day on the weekdays. Or you can Lift weights for about 15 minutes a day for 30 days. I Would use 20 pound weight (30 if you can hold 60) without struggle or dropping them.

Heidi Creselious: drink supplements that have 350 calslike ensure plus, boost plusdrink 1 in addition to every mealgood luck:]
Georgia Dees: Because under eating is making you fatter. When you restrict calories your body goes into a type of survival mode called the anorexogenic cycle where everything you eat is stored in your fat cells, making you fatter as you whittle away at your muscle bc you need more calories. It seems like a Catch-22,but it's not. What's wrong is that you are being poisoned and THAT is why you are fat. Po! ison causes liver dysfunction that causes other organs to dysf! unction and it prevents your body from telling your brain that you are full. How's that for irony? Fat people's brains think that they are starving! What's the poison? Here are the top four in order of strongest to weakest:1. Alcohol 2. Fructose 3. Trans Fats 4. Branched chain amino acidsSo, in all likelihood, you are getting #2. Do you consume sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, maple syrup or white flour products (most sliced breads, crackers and pastas)?Quit it and you'll be thin in weeks....Show more

Because of that very fact during that time it was more common to see towns or cities do more physical activity for the economy, military, and society. There is just not as many manual labor jobs out there as there used to be.
Luke Gacusan: Weight as in muscle mass or pounds?Do NOT over do the protein even if you are loo! king to build muscle mass, you can damage your kidneys. For gaining pounds, I would suggest carbs. especially pasta & rice. Do NOT eat a bunch of junk food or fatty foods, because it will elevate your cholesterol levels & again cause health problems.......Show more
Lou Ravelo: When you have a meal, drink a protein shake. Have alot of food high in protein. Now time is your enemy but gaining weight will take time and i assure you it will not be muscle weight. If you dont care about the muscle weight i highly suggest a fatty/mcdonalds diet.YahoO! Mod.
Dan Seen:
Jonie Lauria: For example - eat 5 meals a day and consume 3000+ calories including 1gram per pound of muscle. If this is the case then how did people without this knowledge gain muscle -our ancestors in roman days?
